AIRPORT

Haneda Airport (HND) and Narita International Airport (NRT) serve the Tokyo area. The suitable airport depends on itinerary, aircraft and handling availability; confirm the operating airport before arranging transfers.

SEASON

Major events and seasonal travel periods can change hotel availability and journey times. Confirm dates, local conditions and ground transport close to departure.

PLANNING

Tokyo journeys are highly address-specific. Share the district, full venue address and any onward rail or meeting connection so the airport and transfer plan can be aligned to the actual schedule.

Tokyo rewards an itinerary built around its exact neighborhoods. Meetings in Marunouchi, Shibuya, Roppongi or farther afield can lead to very different airport and ground-transfer choices.

Haneda and Narita both serve the wider Tokyo area, but they are separate airports and the best fit depends on the flight and final destination. Confirm aircraft suitability, handling and the operating airport directly with the carrier before locking in ground transport.

Share the full address for each stop, not only a district name, and leave room for city traffic and transitions between appointments. If the trip includes onward rail travel, coordinate terminal and station timing with the arrival plan.
